私は5月16日にアエロフロートでモスクワ経由イタリアのミラノに着きました。
経由地モスクワは44年振りです。

昨日は父の実家のある修善寺の柏

久保教会で母の納骨式が行われました。110年の歴史がある教会です。花はいとこのリチャード　マイヤース、アン　マイヤース＋メアリ　マイヤース、アンソニー　マイヤースからです。　
墓誌に父の洗礼名アンドレイAndrei善太郎の横に母のエヴドキヤYevdokiya春江の名が刻まれました。
これで安心してイタリアに旅立ちます。
5月16日にアエロフロートでモスクワ経由イタリアのミラノに行きそこからバスでジェノバに行きます。ジェノバからローマのバチカンまで歩き巡礼を再開します。

母の葬儀が無事に終了しました。

私は通夜の前日の夜に成田に着けましたので通夜、葬儀ともに参列出来ました。
母が亡くなったのは4月14日ですがハワイの叔母も3年前の4月14日に亡くなりともに私がヨーロッパ巡礼の旅をしているときでした。何か意味があるのかな？

4月15日。気温6℃。晴れ。朝5時30分にホテルを出発。真っ暗です。
朝6時の国鉄Mandelieu-La-Napoule駅。誰もいません。
自動券売機の英語説明が出ないのでスペイン語を選び15分くらいかけてやっと買えた。
飛行機の時間までちょっとニースの町を散策。海で数人泳いでる人がいた。信じられない。旧市街で骨董市をやってました。そろそろ空港に向かいます。

Saint-Raphaelを朝6時に出発。  カンヌの手前のMandelieu La Napouleマンドリュー・ラ・ナプールまで24km。
最初の山で何やらトカゲの写真。襲われたらヤバイと思ったら希少動物に注意でした。
過去最悪の山を4つ超えました。
竹を折って作った杖が大活躍してくれました。最後に眼下にカンヌの海が見えました。下りもブッシュの中で道が分からず何度も迷いました。明日は母を見送るために帰国します。
