4月13日　気温7℃。晴れ
今日は海辺の町Saint-Raphaelサン-ラファエルまで22km歩きました。
巡礼路の途中、車が入るような大きな穴がありまた村道に出る直前にまた大きな穴と鉄柵で出れない入れないようにしてありました。でもここは正式な巡礼路です。土地の所有者とトラブルかあるんですかね。危険です。
歴史あるFrejusフレジュスの中心地です。
海だ〜！やはり海は最高!テンションが上がります。明日も海辺の村Theoule-sur-Merテウル-シュル-メールです。カンヌの手前です。

I walked up to saint-raphael. Distance is 22km.　
There were large hole. There was a big hole also just before the exit village road and iron fence is.But here is a formal pilgrimage way.
I think, are there any troubles with the land owner?　It is dangerous.
It is the center of the historic Frejus.
It is the sea of ​​Saint-Raphaël!　
The sea is at its best!
It is a seaside village Theoule-sur-Mer tomorrow. It is in front of Cannes.

4月12日　
Lorguesロルグの朝6時40分。気温5℃。曇り。カフェの明かりが煌々としています。
今日もワイン畑の横を歩きます。これは川であってそして道路です。歩行者の事は考えてません。最悪です。水量が少なくて良かった。標識の右がローマ方面真っ直ぐの意味。左がサンチアゴ・デ・コンポステーラ方面真っ直ぐ。
GR653Aはアルルーローマ街道の地中海沿い側です。GR653Dはアルプス越えで今回巡礼仲間のヨナから雪が多く危険だからやめろと言われました。
今日はLe Muyの3㎞先のホテルまで24km歩きました。
April 12

Today I walked 24 km to the hotel 3 km away from Le Muy.

4月11日夕方にジャックと再会しました。
   ジャックとは2年前に四国お遍路の時に会いました。ジャックはカリブ海のマルケニーク島に住んでます。ジャックの母はローマへの巡礼路に近いFlayoscフラヨスクの介護施設にいます。今回ジャックが私に会いに来るのと彼の母や家族に会いにフランスに来ました。
 介護施設でディナーを一緒にする事になりました。介護施設は70人くらいのお年寄りがいました。ジャックの母ジャニーヌは93歳ですが耳も問題なく杖の助けも借りなく歩けます。車椅子の方を部屋まで送ったり元気です。折り鶴を折ってあげたらとても喜んでくれました。壁の絵はジャニーヌが描いた水彩画です。家族の写真も微笑ましいです。
 I met Jacques again on the evening of April 11.  I met Jacques two years ago at Shikoku Island. Jacques lives on the island of Marchenique in the Caribbean.
 This time Jacques came to France to see me and to see his mother and family.
 We will have dinner together at the nursing home. There were about 70 elderly people in the nursing home.
 Jacques's mother Janine is 93, but her ears are fine. And she can walk without the help of a staff. She sends the wheelchair to the room.
 I was very pleased when I gave her a paper crane. The picture on the wall is a watercolor painted by Jeanine.

4月11日午前8時00分Le Thoronetル-トロネ
出発。Lorguesまで約11kmなので楽勝。朝のル-トロネ。前日の雨で朝もやのワイン畑。橋の標識は川を渡り右に曲がれです。朝露に輝く花が可愛いです。標識のとおりGR653Aロルグ方面に歩いたらぐるっと回り元の場所に戻ってしまいました。どう考えても良く分かりません。狐につままれたようです。この後国道の車が危険なのでMAPS.MEで山道に入ったら途中フェンスで道が塞がれて泣く泣く戻りました。短い距離なので早く着けると思ったら大間違い。こんな日もあります。
Lorguesロルグの町はちょっとおしゃれな感じです。ホテルの窓からの風景もなかなかです。先程連絡があり2年前の四国お遍路の時に会ったジャックが私に会いに来ます。彼はカリブ海フランス領マルケニーク島に住んでますがジャックの母が住むFlayoscフラヨスクに来てるそうです。ジャックは私を迎えに来てお母さんと食事をする事になりました。

Jack who met at the time of Shikoku pilgrimage two years ago when I was contacted earlier comes to see me.
He lives on a French island in the Caribbean but he comes to Flayosc where Jacques
 mother lives.Jacques came to pick me up and had a meal with his mother.

4月10 日。気温9℃。曇り。
宿屋が巡礼路南に外れたBrignolesブリニョールだったので次のLe Thoronetル-トロネまでは主に国道を使いました。
朝6時半にブリニョールを出発し14時にル-トロネに到着。24km。
朝 のブリニョールの中心地。カフェではじいちゃん達が楽しそうに語ってました。パン屋は朝早くから朝食用のフランスパンの販売で大忙し。
この辺はずーっとワイナリーです。
道端のこの野草が凄いいい香りがします。
馬に注意の標識が可愛いです。
途中のCabasseカバッスの通り。川がきれいでした。山を越えてずっと下ったらル-トロネです。
山の下りで道の先が見えなくて崖のように見えました。雨のル-トロネ村。
ホテルに雨の中をやってきたスペイン人の巡礼者です。杖に帆立貝と小さな瓢箪を付けてます。税込み40€のホテルのバスルーム。清潔で湯沸し機があるので温かいお茶やスープが飲めます。久々に完璧なホテルです。
April 10th. Temperature 9 ° C. Cloudy.
I used High way mainly to the next Le Thoronet because the hotel was Brinolles which went south from the pilgrimage route.

At the cafe, grandpas were talking happily.
The bakery is busy with selling French bread for breakfast early in the morning.
There are many wineries here.　The wild grass of the roadside has a wonderful smell.
The sign of caution on the horse is cute.
The street of Cabasse on the way. The river was beautiful.
I could not see the end of the road down the mountain and looked like a cliff.
Rain, Le Thoronet village.I met a Spanish pilgrim who was in the rain.　He has a cane with scallops and small chopsticks.
40 € hotel bathroom with tax.
This hotel is clean and has a water heater so I can drink hot tea and soup. It is a perfect hotel after a long time.

4月9 日。
朝食を食べようとテーブルを見たら小さな蟻がいっぱい食べ物にたかってました。ここは2階で55€の古いホテルですが蟻が出てくるのは初めての体験です。巡礼旅はいつも虫との戦いです。これが巡礼の旅です。すでにダニにもやられてます。
Saint-Maximin-la-sainteから9km歩いてBrasブラ村をに着きました。中心地は小高い山の上です。村を超えると山に入ります。山道は滑りやすい道でした。山頂からのBras村方向の写真。
この辺のワイン畑はまだ葉も出てないですね。ローマへの標識を見つけました。
April 9.
When I looked at the table in the morning, there were many ants.　
This is an old hotel of 55 € on the second floor, but it is the first experience that ant comes out. This is a pilgrimage trip.

I walked 9 km and arrived in Bras village.
The center of the village is above a small mountain.I went Mountain in past the village.

4月8日。気温4℃でAix-en-Provenceの朝は寒い。バス停。右側の建物がチケット売場。
掲示板の11時25分のニース行に乗ります。
バスでSaint-Maximin-la-sainte-baumeｻﾝ・ﾏｸｼﾏﾝ・ﾗ・ｻﾝﾄ・ﾎﾞｰﾑに向かう。歩くと14時間かかるが30分で着いてしまう。
チェックインまで時間があったので古い大きな教会に行って椅子に座ってたら突然分かった。なんとここには来た事があると思い出しました。3年前の9月19日にヨナに案内されて来たのでした。キリストの奥さんと言われたマグダラのマリアの聖遺骸がある教会でした。まじびっくりしました。
ラ・サント・ボーム洞窟の帰りにきました。
私はマグダラのマリア様に呼ばれたようです。
